About our founder

Patrick

Patrick is the visionary founder of SHF Group, bringing more than 40 years of expertise in the catering and food-service industry. His career spans continents and cuisines, shaping him into one of the region’s most respected specialists in international food operations.

With a strong background in large-scale catering, Patrick has held senior leadership roles across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, working with renowned global catering companies. Throughout his journey, he has built, managed, and transformed diverse food operations—from corporate dining and education catering to industrial sites and hospitality environments.

Driven by a passion for quality, safety, and innovation, Patrick created SHF Group with a clear mission:

to elevate everyday dining experiences through professionalism, consistency, and a strong people-focused culture.
